front license plate delete

Does any one know how to remove the front license plate hoder on the grill of the Q7 to put on the delete?

Seems to be a secret everywhere....

They're a pain to take off. There's screws on the plate holder. Then pop it up. You'll probably want to get like a paint stirrer or something to help. The filler panels are even more a pain since you have to get something in there to pop them up.

ok, good to go. I keep prying them from the sides and bottom and wasn't sure if I was gonna break any clips or the like off the back of each version.

Sounds like if I have the screws off I should just be able to pry like hell then.

Buddy is trading in his Q7 with the delete so we are trying to swap.
