got my car back yesterday

I FINALLY got my car back from the audi/vw dealership after three weeks because my timing belt tensioner broke and bent a bunch of valves. After picking my car up the service writer proceeded to tell me there were a few "minor" scratches on my front bumper from the tech accidentally 'tipping' my bumper over during the rebuild process. They told me to take my car to a local detail shop and get an estimate for them on how much it would cost to buff it out. i went out and looked at my car, major white scrapes all over my DARK BLUE front bumper. This was nothing that could have happened from tipping a bumper over, they had to have run into something. Even though i knew it wouldnt buff out i took it over to the shop anyways. They told me it wouldnt buff out, as i already knew that. so tomorrow i get to go to a body shop and get estimates on how much it will cost to have them repaint my front bumper. I was already getting frustrated with this dealership and this just puts me over the top. but at least my car's back and i was able to throw on the neuspeed race springs yesterday. [:D]

lol nah they didnt even put a new motor in it after all. Apparently it "only" bent 5 valves, so they just replaced the bent ones and its good to go. seems to be running good tho. tomorrow i GET to go get estimates at the body shops.

if i had an extra couple hundred bucks layin around i would, but i'm a poor college student who's "ballin on a budget" [:D]

update: I purchased an S4 bumper from my friend for 200 bucks. So i'm going to get that painted, and the body shop i want to go to will paint "my bumper" for $500, which in reality they'll actually do the stock sides and lower rear and m3 spoiler along with the bumper for 500 bucks. Problem is, the dealership may not want me to go to that shop, but since i know the owner that is where i want to go, so since overturf (the dealership) is the one who f'd my car up, i'm gonna tell them i wanna choose where i get my car done so i can get it done right. they havent returned my call yet. i guess we'll see what happens...i'm gonna fight this till i get my damn way.
