ECS Tuning is excited to announce, new for 2009 the brand new ECS Tuning.com!

The new ECS Tuning.com was created and designed 100% in house, using feedback and suggestions from You, our customers.

ECS Tuning is proud to offer the largest OEM & Aftermarket Audi, BMW, and Volkswagen parts catalog in the world, and is expanding up to fifty new products daily!

Our brand new ECS Tuning site is now more user friendly and has many new features, such as our industry first inventory stock status. Our innovative new site shows Live inventory stock status for our entire parts catalog. That means you know exactly when your order will ship, the second you place it. You are now also able to choose another vehicle anywhere on the site! Thus eliminating the need to return to the homepage every time you want to switch vehicles.

Don't worry customer service is still number one at ECS, and our fully equipped sales staff will be happy to help you with any questions you might have about the new site. If there is any reason you don't see a part on the site you are looking for, please don't hesitate to call 1 (800) 924-5172, and we will gladly try to find it for you.

Finally we would like to thank you for all of your business over the years, and for your continued support in the future. Without YOU our loyal customers, none of these new and innovative ideas would have been possible. Thank you!

Sincerely,
-The ECS Tuning Staff

The fact I can now use the "ope in new tab" function in firefox makes the site 1000x better for me.

It's much cleaner!

I did like the old version better in one respect...you could click on a category and see every item in that category at one time vs. now there are sub categories, it just takes more time to download.

Now I finally understand your cryptic email. I couldn't figure out what you were trying to have a sale on.

I gotta disagree here. In my 6+ years of modding, they have never let me down.

Are the 'Ziza Lightings LED license plate bulbs' available for the B7 S4? ...

I just started my relationship with my new RS4 and now with ECS... ordered some "in stock" rear sway bar links to be 2 day shipped on Sunday. Dunno if they have shipped yet... just testing the waters before I order my front ceramic OEM brake set... or if what happens on my first shot is what has been happening to others lately (slow shipping and wrong parts)... forgeddaboutit.

I've not been able to get that to work for the past few weeks ... I guess this update is why.

Just wanted to report that I got my rear sway links in 2 business days from ordering, and they are the right parts, so I am happy with ECS so far :).

I've never had any problems with them. They've always been polite and reliable as far as my dealings have gone.

Wow. I might have to retract this quote. I had total faith in them.

Well, I am losing faith fast. I sent a part in for repair, which I was told would take a day, and they would send it back 2 day express.
Well, they got the part on Friday (that is when USPS was skeded to deliver).

I have called them Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
I was talking to one specific guy and I have left him multiple messages, he returned one. This part makes my car nonfunctional, so I have had no transportation since Tuesday of last week.

Basically I need to know when the heck they are gonna get me my part back. I have been nothing but polite so far, but I am starting to get pissed. Ignoring me totally is the wrong answer. All they have to do is update me, maybe there is a lack of parts to fix it, etc...all they have to do is let me know.

Very frustrated...I will let you know how this plays out. I am hoping they pull through, but this is already a situation I won't soon forget.
