No cable TV on campus apartments, unless they changed it in the last few years.

Both of those statements are not true.

i went to BU - its a great school. i graduated engineering 06 ... very happy with my choice. boston is a great college city.
east/west campus are less than a mile apart. it all runs along commonwealth avenue from about kenmore square (fenway park is there) to about packards corner.
