09 Q7 Premium will not LOCK with remote?? (unlocks and opens hatch with remote)

So, the wifey only has about 800 miles on her new 09 Q7 and we have just run into a problem. The keyless entry/remote/keyfob will not LOCK the truck. It unlocks the truck and opens/pops the hatch but won't lock. Where do I start?? any ideas? If there is a simple fix I'd rather not have to go to the dealer.
