B6 A4 help right away!

I have a problem... I changed my Thermostat housing today seeing my old one cracked and poured out all my coolant. Its now in and is great with no leaks... Problem, The temp gauge isnt working and the fans wont turn on which causes the car to overheat and run like crap. Also, the system is building pressure but I have no heat? Any help? Need right away please.

if youre moving the car shouldnt overheat, the temperature sensor is probably faulty.

search and youll find many threads on this.

wrong if you have no heat you have a huge air pocket in there. Thats y your overheating and the fans arnt comming on. you need to remove the cap off the tank and let the car run till it build heat, And if it heats up and still no heat hold the rpm at 2k rpm for like 2 min that will help move the air pocket
