This Sunday... Casey's Restaurant @ Sherway Gardens.

On the south side of the mall is a Casey's restaurant. Parking, well, it's huge. We'll probably be somewhere around the south east side of the mall, or just look for us.

We'll plan on having lunch at noon.

Yes I know some people hate these type of restaurants and prefer somewhere nicer in Toronto but usually a large parking lot (and free) is a requirement!

I still need to figure out the "north" location for DEcember and we'll alternate from there. I'm open to suggestions for the "north" location.

As for north, in the 404/Hwy 7 area, Commerce Valley there are options. That's reasonable for people to get to and has lots of parking.

Another maybe Don Mills and Steeles...though I can't remember what is in the plaza.

Anyways, I won't be there this month, I'm out for the weekend.

Yep, I'm looking towards the 400/7 area, lots up there actually, just a matter of picking one.

Yeah over there as well. Nice thing is we don't always have to go to the same spot since there is a good variety in locations, can mix it up month by month a little.

Yep that's the thought going forward....

I'll probably make it into a poll or something.

400 and 7 is a lot more do-able for me than the 404.
Oro-Medonte sure is purty this time of year...would be nice if there was a place to get together though! [:D]

I doubt you guys would want to venture to Horseshoe Valley just for a lunch meet??

I would be nice to do a trip up to Horseshoe Valley.... nice responsible drive up there :-) and enjoy a good lunch....

Could look at this maybe sometime in the new year. Cripes... new year, this year has come and gone way too fast...

WTF you guys have Audi meets i've been on audiforums & there is no one from Canada

Tanner

What? Audiforums.com? Never knew this existed. The only ones I hang around is Audizine, Fourtitude (or vwvortex) and Audiworld and the every-so-noisey audigt Yahoo forum. I post the lunch reminders on all three (well execpt Fourtitude as the Canadian forum is dead and only VW'ers there).

We have one every second Sunday of each month (lunch meet) with the last recent one at Sherway Mall.

Which reminds me need to identify the next one for December around the 400/7 area.

There's the Boston Pizza on the south east side, where we ended up after the failed CC meet in April.

Hahah, bring out the tools and the cops again. I think a lot of the guys wants to get away from BP as we've been going there in Mississauga... there are a few restaurants on the opposite side.

Oh yeah, that's the normal one out in the west end for you guys. I'll try to think to pass some suggestions on then...

there are a million restaurants around 400/7.... we shouldn't get into too much trouble if we park right and close down the travelling chop shop. jk.
