k need some ideas here,,,
was doing about 110 on a flat stretch, threw it into 5th, then about 5 seconds later
im pressing the gas, and nothing just revving,no grinding or weird noises, first thing i thought was clutch, so i was close to a highway so i coasted as close as i could to it, and while waiting for the tow truck, im going through the gears hoping for some clues. noticed the speedo is still going up when i put it in gear and give it gas, so im thinking of ruling out the clutch and tranny, cause i can hear the clutch engaging and if the speedos going (in every gear) then its not the tranny. and theres no movement at all when i do this. i dont know much about the drivetrain on this car after the tranny.
could it be transfer case , if any??
