It's time to let my project go. I spent 7 months building this car last winter-summer. I did all the work myself, car runs great. I have another project that I want to work on, so this must go.

untill I wrecked it.

Pass. side axel(ripped boot.)
Needs brakes and maybe MC/Booster
Interior is complete, but 20 years old. Pass. door panel and seats not in good shape
Needs some body work( nothing major, just some dings)
Sunroof and pass. fender have rust(only part on the car with it, fender is surface.)


The car was Barred 5-2-08 at SRJC. EVERY PART ON YHE CAR IS SMOG LEGAL. Car has under 1100 miles since it was BARRED.(thats how many miles are on the MODS)

I purchased it from the original owner, the D16 blew a head gasket. His 15yo son took the engine apart, and lost interest half way threw. I kept the B16 swap from my old CRX, and put it in this one. It took a few months to sorce out some of the parts to convert it to OBD-1, but when it came time for the BAR apt. it passed. When I got it Barred, the only mods on the car was the DC header, and Skunk2 intake manifold. The other stuff is near new.

No leaks into the interior. It has been parked in the rain, because I have the 71 GTO under the carport. Carpets are dry, and so is the trunk area. When I purchased the swap, It had between 20K-40K miles. Im going by the max and saying I got it with 40k miles, and only put under 5K miles since I purchased it. When I got the allignment done after doing the suspension, the only things it needed was:

Ripped axel boot.(It was ripped when I got the swap in 03, doesn't click on turns.)

F/R brakes.

I don't need to sell it, but would like to mod the Audi. The car is extremely reliable, when the Audi won't start, I take the REX.

Nice CRX. I had a white 90 Si and sold it for around $4K 2 years ago. Had a GSR swap. That was a fun car, these things are getting hard to come by, and the clean ones are slipping away. GLWS. [up]
