When in low gears, low speeds there s knocking noise from under my shifter souldnt alot like a cv joint, my first guess is its the drive shaft? 1996 a4 quatro. Anyone else have this problem b4

if you have torn CV joint boots it could be a possible cause, otherwise i would suspect transmission or rear differential mounts
