burned/warped rotors under warranty

Hi guys, I'm newbie here (btw. this forum rocks!!!) I bought a new 2.7 bit coulpe of months ago, and now having 20k miles on it, I found out that I have to change front warped rotors. The car is still under the warranty, but my dealer said there is no chance they will change the rotors for free. He said they are "burned" and that's a result of my driving... He pointed out on the violet kinda color which goes up to 2/3 of the left side rotor and 1/2 of the right side rotor. I checked other forums and found out this is a common problem of A6s. What should I do? Thanx

yes they should warranty it

That's what I've done. But anyway, even if I succeed would not I get the same hopeless rotors??? Do you think Audi is aware of these A6s' brakes problems?

oh they're very aware of the problem and like you said once replaced the likelihood of it happening again is still the same. Brake upgrade perhaps?

Thanks, I think I'll get at least a pair of new drilled and slotted rotors... and then make Audi pay for it :-) Thinking of Brembo or Movit. What you've got on yours?
