Will a couple of you Technically capable chaps care to comment on the extenciveness, cheapest price and useability of this product. I made the mistake of getting a $20 product on eBay and it is only a glorified owners manual.

" You only go around once in this world, but if you go fast enough, you may get around twice"

Thanks is advance![:)]

I'm a newbie Audi guy, but am a veteran mechanic otherwise. To me, nothing in CD Rom is worth a crap, unless you keep your greasy keyed laptop in your toolbox all the time. The paper manual will always be better, period. The CD in question is ok, I have it, and it's ok. NOT worth he $75 or so, but a necessity if you want to know something. My $.02.

I am also quite versed at the art of swinging wrenches and basically need the manual for specs and detailed drawings. There is not a paper manual available: Haynes, Clymer or otherwise that I can find for the A6. I agree that paper is better, so I print the pages i need and don't care if i get my greasy hands all over them.
Thanks for your input.

True. Paper manuals for us are extinct, but are still better. For the wrencher, they are best, to the desktop mechanic, they're archaic. But they're the ones that pay to get repairs done.[eek] Later.
