South Bay Meet Saturday January 31st RSVP here! Lets make this a good one!

Hey everyone we finally have a meet goin down here in the south bay (redondo beach, hermosa beach, torrance, manhattan beach, lomita, hawthorne, lawndale, el segundo, san pedro, palos verdes, etc.) The meet will be held in the costco parking lot across the road from pacific VW in Hawthorne CA. The cross streets are Rosecrans Ave. and Hindry Ave. Saturday Jan 31st at 8pm!!!!

Im shooting for an evening meet so everyone will be off work. Im thinking that the parking lot on Rosecrans Ave./ Hindry Ave. in Hawthorne right by pacific VW dealership would be a prime spot. Its a really big parking lot, im just gonna have to scope it out and see how empty it is on sat and sun evenings. Oh and this spot is right off the 405 freeway so it should be easy for everyone to find. What do you guys think?

Right on, ya im thinking that a weekend is best for the first meet, everyone should be off work. Then hopefully we'll get a good amount of people from the south bay that want to keep this going, and we'll make it a bi-weekly weeknight thing!

Ok so the meet is going to be on saturday january 31, 2009 at 8:00pm. The location is the costco parking lot on the corner of rosecrans ave. and hindry ave. in hawthorne CA. right across the street from Pacific VW. The meeting spot is literally 100ft from the 405 freeway so it should be very easy to find if you exit on rosecrans ave. This is an all euro meet so no JDM cars please. Invite all ur friends with euro cars, lets make this a good south bay euro g2g.

That was my original plan but thats superbowl sunday and im sure everyone is gonna be drinking during the day! Its a saturday night at 8pm im sure most people will be going out or at home at least, so we should have most of the lot to ourselves!

Well just wanna say that i was pretty impressed with the turn out! Quite a few cars! The next GTG will be sometime in mid febuary ill have the exact date and location posted up soon! I wanna thank everyone that came down as well, alot of nice cars!

I ended up just cruising home. The next meet i think im gonna try to set up a cruise, everyone thats down will meet somewhere chill and drive to the location of the GTG!
