As for parting out; That all depends. I truly want to sell her as is w/all the other Stock OEM parts I have on hand (which is a boat load, w/practically zero miles on them).
If all else fails, I'll part her out but that's my last resort.

Ha, you're really moving along in the Audi ladder. I'm still hanging on to the 3.0 and will as long as I can (S4 Recaros and s/c are a big part in that though). And yes I'll be using your snub mount DIY in the months to come...

It's definitely a move up. What is the handling of that car like? I am still happy with the way the S4 maneuvers. It does not feel as heavy as it is in the turns.
