Hello can you lend me your expertise regarding the promo lease Audi is running on the S4 with the $2000 down and $499 a month for 42 months deal? I test drove the tip and I really liked the power, the paddle shifter was sweet too. The S4 has more power than I normally need which is just the way I like it. The A4 is too underpowered for me and I'm tired of modding it for minimal gains.
The dealer offered $4900 down which covers first month's payment, refundable deposit, acquisition fee, tax, dealer, and prep fees. The monthly payment is $655 a month including tax for 42 months. The money factor is .0007. I'm currently leasing an 04 A4 1.8T ultrasport for $509 a month since April. Does this sound like a good deal?

Does the $4900 cover the buyout on the A4? How much are they charging you for that? If it does not I would keep negotiating.

That's funny. I'm thinking of trading down out of my B6 S4. I just got a new '04 EVO RS as my racetrack car, to replace my 350Z that got totalled. I like the EVO so much I am thinking of dumping the S4 and getting a sports car later on. And the EVO only cost $26,100 ($300 over invoice).

I traded in an 02 A4 1.8T prior to getting the 04 ultrasport and the dealer just wrote off that lease.

Meesh -
Very local. I'm in southwest Redondo Beach. I can probably spit as far as your house (eeeewwww!!!).
No, I'm not an ambulance chaser. My practice is large corporate chapter 11 bankruptcies. That will come in handy when Mitsubishi USA goes in the tank (SoCal Mitsu dealerships are closing like crazy) and I have a warranty claim in my EVO. [:D]

Hey, I was thinking the same thing and after 2 weeks of voice mails and emails, currently they are offering me $2500 down + first mo payment, 42 mo lease, 12k miles, $659/mo which includes taxes.
So if you haven't gotten the S4 yet, have them discount the S4 a little more.
