Man, Santa Barbara in the summer and fall is the best, forget about us up here and just enjoy the experience (which I'm sure you are). I was at UCSB from 1986-1989 and it was without a question the best time a guy could have. Memories....
T-shirt, shorts and flip flops every day. Women so beautiful even a guy like me was able to have their pick. Happy hour was considered the only required food group
Have you been to the Palace Cafe on Cota? Best food anywhere if you like Cajun. Have a Cajun martini for me. Sneak around the corner to Joe's on State St. and have a couple stiff ones for me there too. I may have to pull out some of my 21st birthday pics from "The State Street Crawl". Unfortunately, I have no memories of that event, other than the pictures my friends took, which will keep me forever from public office.
