Anyone going to the Atwater autoX? I know, I know, I said I was going to go last round, and flaked, but I'm planning on making it out to this one. [:D]

Anyway, I just want to see who's going. We should setup a caravan and maybe bring a cooler with lots of hydration and food. I'll bring a cooler if we have enough people.

Yes, I promise I will make it. J is going for sure too, so looks like we have at least a 4-some. C'mon guys, no need to fear this (seriously), hahaha.

Aww, you guys missed out. We had 4 runs today, not the usual 3. It wasn't that bad of a drive, about 1.5 hours from Milpitas. I took the Stage 3, which was in total sleeper mode. Looks TOTALLY stock. I surprised a few people to say the least [;)]

I did alright, much better coasting through the course than going balls out. With the stage 3, you definitely have to hold yourself back from full throttling it all the time. I defintiely have to get a new suspension and brakes if I'm going to keep using this car for autoXing.

Ken didn't get to make it out. He called me and was going to come, but we didnt' stay for the whole thing so he ended up staying home.

I called Keith to come out because Ken told me he was going for sure, but he must have been sleeping. Maybe he didn't get my voicemail...I don't know how to speak Spanish, lol.

hey chard. this is noel's brother, gil. did you have any problems with turbo lag on that course?

we noticed the car wasn't just chipped. the way it took off the start looked insane.

Hey Gilbert,

Nope the car isn't just chipped, hehe. It's got a stage 3. It looks completely stock because that car is just running a spring/shock setup at stock ride height and those stock wheels for AutoX.

The starter guy was telling my friend the same thing. He was talking to him, heard me take off, flipped around, then flipped back and said, "not stock, hunh?"

I was sliding around the track too much that day. I think I should lower the car a little bit more before my next event.
