Headlight clearing?

I am curious as to how much work it takes to clear out the little orange things from the front headlights? (B6)

Do I have to pull them, and bake them, to pull it out?

Awesome, much easier than my S2000. I had to take the headlights off, wrap it in a wet towel, and bake it in the oven, to loosen the glue, pull it apart to take it out, then re assemble the whole thing
