Sorry for another one of these threads, but I DID go through all the search results and they ALMOST answered my question..

I was thinking of getting the HOEN "Xenonmatch" bulbs for both my FOGS (H11) and Halogen LOW BEAMS (H7) since I dont have factory xenon's and I don't want anything that is too blue. Has anyone else done both the HOEN XENONMATCH LOW BEAM and FOG'S? If so, can some peeps post some pics so I can see what they would look like?

Also, the wattage for the "Xenonmatch" is 55W, is that the right match for the LOW BEAMS? I was thinking of going with the "Xenonmatch Plus" or "Titanium" for the LOW BEAMS but didn't want to mess with the wires and run into future headaches...

Thanks for the replies....

yes, stay with the standard 55w and you should be safe, this is for the lows and fogs.

Those were the same pics that helped me decide to purchase the fog's a year ago. You won't be disappointed

I put actual Xenon(HID) in my fogs and they look way better than the Hoen "Xenon match" bulbs do! I just need the same bulb for the headlights now!

why not? not only does it look dope having your fogs on, but you have better visibility. Just because there is no fog does not mean you shouldn't use it. Same with the fog tail lights.

The pictures look great for a match, but if you see them in person, the fogs are a lot bluer than the stock headlights!

The stock headlights have a yellow haze to them while the Hoen bulbs have a blue haze

Thanks for the help...

I'm going to place my order soon...their H11's are out of stock until mid September, but they are offering a discount if you pre-order! [up]

I'm interested in doing the same, but where are you ordering your xenonmatch? I can only find xenonmatch plus on the hoen website. I wish i could find a damn picture of what the xenrange looks like too.

WHAT...?
Have you ever been behind a person with his rear foglights on...?
Do you find that amusing...?
You cant see where u're going...Thats y they are called fog lights...
Thank God here in Greece turning on your fog lights with no reason(fog that is) is illegal...

Maybe you have some different rear fogs on your cars over there because they aren't that bright. It just looks like you're brake lights are lit up all of the time, but it's not gonna hurt anyones visibility behind you...

I have the Hoen Xenonmatch fogs and they look GREAT! They match the stock HID headlights VERY well. Definitely recommend them!

Doctor is exactly right here. Rear fog lights are designed to cut through thick fog so people can see where the back of your car starts. So yes, they are bright. Brighter than brake lights in fact. And they are EXTREMELY annoying when there is NO FOG!!!

if you have S-line no, the lower fog grills just pop off. Non s-line is a bit more difficult

i've been behind B7's with their taillight fogs on and do not bother me whatsoever.... nor do the front fog lights. if they affected people in any way it would be illegal in the US. Everyone knows everything is better thought out here in U.S. than anywhere else.

P.S. I was just kidding about the U.S. thing [:p]

they aren't really designed to "cut" through fog... they are just brighter so someone from behind can see your car better... and probably from a greater distance. i say better be safe than sorry... sometimes i flash my fogs to make the person behind me think i'm braking. it helps with hardcore tailgaters.
