To first begin I had spent over $2000 dollars on these crappy ass wheels at a local tire shop, everytime I would go over 80mph my steering wheel would shake violently because the wheels werent properly aligned and were just to big for the car.

To make a long story short, So I went to a shop called ALLOY R US and they hooked me up with a sick sick sick DEAL!!! I got RS8 wheels, each 21 pounds
along with TOYO Proxy 4 tires which were also on sale!!

i do like the rims though; lower it and it'll really shine.

I'll agree with the complainers in regards to the excessive posting. However, I don't think there is anything wrong with sharing the enthusiasm about your first deal on a good-looking mod for your first Audi.

How much did you pay? If you paid more than $1390 for your set, you didn't get such a great deal. "Alloys-R-Us" has been bump-spamming their ads on Fourtitude for these reps for awhile now.

yeah...I was assuming that they'd charge ~$100 for mount/balance ($650 for wheels, $640 for Proxes4, $100 mounting). Paying "way below 2 g's" for reps isn't necessarily such a big deal

Well under $2000 could mean alot.. if you paid $10 for the setup, hell yeah, you got a killer deal. If you paid $1,999, I have a doorstop I'd like to sell you

well they shouldn't tell us. that would be wrong. it is like calling the dealer and asking what kind of deal they just gave another person. they wont tell you. so you should tell us your price. what did you do with your old wheels?

doesnt it seem 10x more difficult for everyone to call alloy-r-us and say "hey some kid said he got a sick deal, how much does a sick deal cost. oh his name? urghh, i dont know his name. hes just some kid that said he got a sick deal and to call and you would tell us what he paid"

if you just tell us, it makes life easier for everyone.

i could be wrong, but the fact that you posted this 8 times, and that u want us to all call them instead of telling us the price, this sounds like a WEAK advertising pitch to me

ok I confess the reason why I havnt told you all the pricing is because I got such a cheap ass deal that I can't gurantee they will hook you up with the same price. Go look at their new thread. You can get a set of these babies for $649 and the Toyo Proxy 4's for 600, no sales tax to California residents. So $1250 all together but thats still not what I paid. payce and stop hating people lol

wellllll... hook us up and tell is what YOU paid. then maybe we can call them with some leverage and say "hey, someone i know just paid $x, if you can match that deal, ill take a set".

telling us where to buy them isnt a 'hook up'. we can all find the thread and read the prices that they are asking.

telling us how much you paid so we can try and get a similiar deal... NOW THATS a 'hook up'
