Just to add, call both Wheel Techniques (Santa Clara/San Jose) and The Wheel Place (San Jose) for quotes. Here's a tip, they may give you a better deal if you pay in cash.

hey anthony. ive heard of wheel techniques but not "the wheel place". have you ever used them? hows the quality of their work?

I haven't, no. George from Creative Kustoms used to recommend them. I have been to WT though, and was quite pleased.
