Trying to post a pic.
Not able to see how...even though selecting help tells me there is a browse feature to attach an jpg.
Any hints? :)
Okay...change the Avitar.
Hopefully you can see it.
Borrowed this from a website. But is exactly the same car. :)

Nope. But we do live in irvine, CA by that area. We just bought the car ~9/13.
From what I understood from multiple dealers is that there were only 2 2005 S4 Cabs with this color in CA. 1 in Orange County and 1 in the San Francisco Area.
But hey..we all know dealers tell the truth right? [;)]
My wife trys to *bargain* with me to take the car every now and then. Cars are great *bargaining* tools. Especially ones like these. LOL
But anyway....thanks for the welcome.

Congrats on the new ride! I can only imagine how much better the V8 sounds with a cab (rather than just rolling down 4 windows and opening the moonroof!).
cheers,

Screen Name? Cappy?
Ha! Nope..that was just a nickname given to me in college.
If I go by a different screen name...it would be Quickie.
Hence, Quickie wheelchairs. Cuz...I am in a wheelchair.
So the car is outfitted with a hand control that operates the brake and accelerator.
Which is why the Triptronic allowed me to get a car of this caliber.
Anyway...wasn't sure on the question in your reply. :)

Cappy= shorthand/slang for handicap? This is what I was reffering to. I knew someone handicapped whose nickname was Capper which was just kinda a funny abreviation/slang for handicap.
I have driven many hand controlled cars (I used to be valet). Takes some getting used to at first. Most of the ones I drove either had a hand control for the gas or brake, rarely both.
BTW Dave, love the car. You know you want do more than just rims.[;)]

Sweet!
No worries about the disability thing. :)
Haha...thx. Sure..I'd like to do more that just rims. Add a little more HP.... different engine sound.... but not for a while. Still getting use to the car. Actually had a small thing with a Porsche 911 on PCH the other night. Let's just say the driver of the Porsche was very impressed that I could stay locked on his ass.
Anyhoo....thx again. I luv the car.

hey Cappy thats an awesome ride! I'm sure I'll see you around the OC (I'm in Zooport) 'cause that car's hard to miss! mines an 04 sedan Nogaro blue - I'm so jealous of the drop top...[:)]

Thanks..S4arch
Hope to see ya around as well.
Weird question though....mine is supposedly an 05...however I keep hearing/reading about the Tip shifting being paddles on the steering wheel. However...mine is on the console. This is bugging me a bit...since I asked the dealer why the paddles weren't on the wheel...who told me Audi decided not to do that in 05 or it may be seperate option. But the paddles might have gotten in the way of the hand control...which was my worry with the BMW M3 Tip. But let's just say that the price paid was for an 05 not an 04...so this might concern me about the dealer's integrity.

welcome to the site. congrats on the new ride!
i would definitely follow up on that 05 vs. 04 issue.

Ha!
No worries. The paddles DO come with the Sedan. Not the cab for whatever reason. Thought that was strange...but no problem. :)
