Check out my other thread for the full details but here is the short version:
They broke a part putting in my Turbo timer almost a month ago and never fixed it. They kept promising to fix it and either never called, didn't show up AT THE SHOP to meet me, or didn't come get my car while I was at work.
I tried to set up a time for them to fix it about 6 times in total. I finally just took it to Audi. Thank god they fixed it under Warranty
The place is LIM, Long Island Motorworks, in Huntington

They actually took my car one day to fix it, never fixed it, and left me stranded at work. The owner, Kenny, refuses to pick up his cellular phone. I sat outside my job from 5-6:45 waiting for them to come get me until I got my own ride. This, of course, is after my conversation with him at 4:45 where he said "I'll be there in 10 minutes".
