Totally stock right now. I hate to say it, but there are a lot of modded B6 S4's on the other board.

Just the Thermal exhaust for me so far.

Thermal Exhaust, H&R Springs, ECodes, and some rims. I waited to get everything to do it at once, but the winters coming. May have to put it off until next spring.

Oh yeah, so far for me...

APR downpipes-Milltek cat-back, 19" ASA AR1s, Stratmosphere SSK and intake, HID fogs, and waiting on software. have the H&R springs sitting in the garage, debating to install them or not.

I havent installed anything. Its sitting at the shop until I can make up my mind of putting it on now or later. I'll let you know how it rides.

yeah but I like this board much better. The other board have a lot of "elitist" type attitudes.

My friend has an A4 (b6) with hr springs and loves them . I drove his car it felt really good. He has had them for a few months so far no sagging no squeeking nad it gave him a nice drop. he's using stock shocks.

b6 s4play, how do you like the milltek? also the strat intake. I hear mixed opinions about both.

other two people with the thermal, how do you like them?

I cant decide on thermal or milltek.

For software im lookingat amd or giac.

Also, where is the best place to get H&R springs?

Love both of them. The non-res system is very aggressive and very smooth sounding, like a Corvette, but cleaner. I just had APR downpipes installed today at the dealership while waiting on the transmission, so I'll let you know how that turns out. Also, APR WILL bolt on to the Milltek without any changes to either system.

Intake, eh, I got it free, so I threw it on.

You can get H&R springs on tirerack. I got mine somewhere else, but no matter where you get them there seems to be a waiting period to get them.

My only mod so far is a set of nice sticky Kuhmo Ecsta MX tires. Same size as the crappy stock Conti's, which I got rid of after 4500 miles. Anybody want to buy them?

Also, I try to run at least 95 octane all the time. That's pretty hard to do in Calif., where 99.999% of the gas stations only have 91 octane. There are a few stations in L.A. that sell 100 or 101. The cheapest now is $4.25/gal for 101 octane at Alliance Gas at Woodley Ave. and Sherman Way in Van Nuys. I mix it with 91 to keep the octane up for this marvelous engine. Also, I switched to Mobil 1 synthetic 10W/30 at the 5000 mile service. Got a set of wider aluminum pedals, but haven't installed them yet.

Planning other mods in the future - Miltek exhaust and downpipes. Waiting to hear about good ECU mods. Biggest problem with the car is its weight (3800 lbs. !!!), but I can't bring myself to rip the blue aclantara back seat out of a $50,000 car. [:D]

The intake rocks, I love it. I deffinitly felt a huge power increase with it.

yeah srry for the late reply.. the intake opened the car up quite a bit on the topend. The most dramatic increase however, has been the downpipes. Need some software to finish it up.
