Checked out The Docks this past weekend and last night and got some great shots of Toronto at day and at night. Would definetly be a good place to park your car there on the parking lot on the weekday or early morning on the weekend and get a good photo of the car and Toronto in the background.

Nice, so where are these shots?

I'd be up for that, just need to find a time to do it. Weekend morning would be better for me.

Seriously I wonder what's better - being in school or working for a living.

Here are the pics, a little large but oh well :-)

Know how to get there? DVP south, continue past Lakeshore so go straight. Turn right onto Commisioner Street, drive all the way to the end and turn left onto Cherry Street. Then look for the sign to The Docks.

You own a polarizing filter yet?

Mr. VISA got attacked by a battery grip yesterday. Given that I haven't look at polarizers yet, anything you recommend?

OK Tanner...your photo-taking skills are definitely commendable but you were missing a KEY element!!!

I have taken the liberty of adding a couple of "improvements"!

Hey Tanner your pict look very nice , what brand of your camera, Canon Rebel ???

Thanks

Tanner
10-01-2004, 08:32 AM
Thanks. These were taken with the Canon 20D, sky still getting a little blown out as Dave says, I need to get a polarizer. The Rebel's sold, I was thinking of keeping it as a backup camera in case my little venture into freelance photography became a reality.

Pettey - just seen your post now, that is hilarious!!!
