lilazngirl4o8 told me about youall... i have an 05 S4 and dont seem to be able to find anything for it except exhaust and an intake. NS makes a chip but I know from someone that works there that it doesnt do much.

Stratmosphere makes some nice products for the S4...

Id consider their Hyperflo Intake for sure...

Also, I'd go w/ an exhaust, maybe Eisenmann.

There's a good selection. Either way, just search around and you'll find a little bit of stuff, but believe it or not, mods for the S4 in terms of performance are limited.

Exhaust, Downpipes, Intake, and Chip is all i can think of...

I know its limited... i found stratosphere and not really much else, that s cool with me cos im broke after buying it for a while.

I was thinking about milltek full exhaust. I did a search and could not find much about the b6 s4 on this site as far if anyone has any of these installed or knows how well they work.

I have heard from a good source that the full Milltek (with downpipes) doesn't quite live up to the HP gains they claimed.

I don't personally know someone with the Milltek, but I know a shop that dynoed a customers at their shop and it fell pretty short of the claims. Take it for what it worth. Everyone has their own opinions on dyno results.


BTW Eric, congrats on the S4. Any pics. I want one so bad. Maybe in a year or two...

The advantage to GIAC is the Flash load. Audi would have to look pretty hard to know the software is there.

Chips with more aggressive programming for for any motor with and ECU. Chips in turbo cars usually do more because you can easily turn up the boost. In an NA car you can only mess with the timing and ignition. Depending on how conservative the original program was kind of dictates how much more you can get out of it. AMD is claiming 40hp from thier chip which sounds strange or impossible but I guess it all depends on how reserved the original program is.
