Rant!! hate *most* imports

I'm sick of driving around seeing imports with chipped paint/rust with big rims, body kits unpainted and huge fart cans with a loud system, lowered on 4 donuts!! You happen to be at the same light they are they take of cut in front of you and hit their flashers like they won a race...Also when i was on the highway coming home from work a rsx with an exhaust thought i wanted to run him so he pulls up next to me and guns it like we are racing then cuts in front of me and hits his brakes when i wasn't even trying to race him... thats my rant[:p] oh and a kid is rolling around in a eclipse same body kid and paint/vinly as the first F&F like cmon if your gonna drop a lot of dough on your car be original there are a lot of parts out for that car...[rolleyes]

Usually i just get a lot of looks. But there have been case's where one will act like a douche and tuffshit. I usually ride around with just my sunroof open and people can only see a shadow if it is open because of the tint, and if there happens to be a hot chick in the ricers car i'll row down the window, smirk, and go my way. Usually the girl will smile back and piss the guy off. I love that the most! It's a different experience compaired to the 400whp Camaro i had. . .

No funny experiences with ricers yet, not even in my tC when I had it. The one time I can recall is when a red Civic/Accord/something with a nice bright white VTEC decal on the side downshifted and tried to haul ass past me in my Audi right as I turned into a plaza. I bet he felt manly.

I had an experience on the highway a couple of weeks ago. I had just left work and was headed up to Atlanta to see my girlfriend. This guy in a honda civic SI, an old one may I ad, had exhaust and some aftermarket wheels on his car. He also had a body kit, which was painted to my surprise, that looks like it was going to blow off when he got above 65 mph. Anyway, back to the story...He comes up next to me and downshifts to like 2nd gear on the highway. It was so loud and so high...it actually scared me. I look over and can see that he's got like 8 gauges on his A-Piller (actually it was like 3) I was like...what the fuck...anyway, he downshifts and tries to pull ahead. The car is so loud, but he's going nowhere. All I have on my car right now is exhaust. So I downshift to 3rd, which I love doing at about 70mph, and blow by him. He gets pissed off and comes up next to me and does the same thing. Downshifts and pulls ahead very slolwly. I just watched and laughed as this guys piece of shit honda slowly pulled ahead and then got off the higway at the next exit. Probably to make sure his rear valence wasn't going to fall off.

coming from the import scene I totally understand how you feel about "ricers" However, NOT all JDM tuners are douchebags like the ones you've saw....

I'm from Long island. Yes some area's are extremely exclusive however the area's of "Lower elements of society" are becoming greater in number, odd how to the number of fart cans increases as well. Lots of high school kids rock them too. i had a vr6 mk3 jetta in high school, idk how ppl think a stock honda motor with a fart can is fast or hot. I guess they like the looks of disgust and getting pulled over 24/7 just my .02
