I am going to get some winter tires for the car. I think I am going to get the Bridgestone WS-50 in 195-55-16's. Good tire? Will they fit?

Very good tire, as long as you are not driving your car like it is stolen. I feel as though this is the best winter tire on the market. If you are looking for more of a H rate winter tire, look at the LM-22/25 and or the Dunlop Winter Sport M3.
As for size. No that is not would you should be looking at. Use the 205/55-16.
