Driving to the Turning Stone Casino and R8 goes flying by me!! black with silver side fins so siccckk. I guess they had a football coaches and players convention there and it was some football players. Also Scottie Pippin was playin the $500 min blackjack table. Well thats all the R8's headlights look sick on a pitchblack road!!

Yeah, I've seen two of them so far. One raced past me down NJ Turnpike South, and another was leaving a Whole Foods supermarket in West Orange, NJ as the same time as me.
Strange to see someone using it as their everyday car to run errands and buy groceries...
They are everywhere here in LA.

Some Jeweler downtown Augusta has a R8 white with silver CF sides, frikking sex and saw my first S5 this morning too, almost got whiplash that thing is gorgeous in person. Drove by me, Ibis with Magma or red interior.

I had a black one rip past me on 95 South in East Haven on my way to work one evening. On the way home the next morning I saw another black one getting on the freeway about 5 miles East of where I saw the first one. I'm guessing the same car, but odd seeing it in the evening going to work and then again in the morning. Looked good though.

I just realized my girlfriend's neighbor had one. She asked me why mine wasn't as cool as his.....the guy didn't drive very fast though, kind of a trend for fast cars here in d-ville.

I caught one just yesterday on my lunch break, I work in a town just north of San Fran called Novato, CA. I just had to snap a pic while driving! (Notice the GREEN LIGHT, [evilsmile]):

it's great that some are hitting the road, have a buddie who has had his on order for a year & half, was offered one from his dealer for a 25,000.00 markup! said no and his car will finally be here in november hopefully! And then I get to drive the f-ker!

I was merging onto 202 in Jacksonville off 95 on the way out to Ponte Vedre as one came rolling up behind me. First one I had seen in person. He was in the "fast" lane and I was in the right as he rolled up next to me. I punched it in my little A4 Avant and he left me in the dust in 2 seconds!! HAHAHA! Some mid-50's looking high powered exec type guy. I gave him the thumbs up as he smoked my ass! [:p]

Although I did have him by a car length until he realized I had punched it! LOL!
