Just ordered my Austergrey Audi A6. Now i got the orginal standard 16'' rims. Planing to change that, need new rims 18-19''.
I have no ide of what type of rims could fit and look good on my car.

Any recomendations?

Congratulations! When do you expect to get the A6? We're trying to time it so we get it for christmas.

I plan on putting our current wheel 20x9 Forged Sportec mono 10 this isn't the color A6 we're getting but just to have an idea.

Thanks! I have't seen a Austergrey Audi A6 in real life or on a good picture. The salesman said that of all the colors he'd seen on the A6 he thought the Austergrey looked the best, so i went with Austergrey.

What color did you go with, engine, interior?

we will be going w/ black/3.2L FSI/sports interior

I agree with you, the austergrey is a very nice color it's between the black and that color.

I went with the 2.4 ProLine, BOSE Soundsystem, Tree interior and some more stuff plus that i'm getting new rims later on. I'm 18 years and dont got alot of money, but I think i'll be statisfyed with my car. Also the gas prices here in Sweden are sick, so if you want to drive a car with a big enginge you better have a big big wallet.

Congrats on that car! By the way, isn't diesel supposed to be cheaper to run than regular gas in Europe?

Paranoico.

Diesel is cheaper, but if you buy a diesel car your taxes (think you call it so) on the car are going to be very very high. It's like you buy a new diesel car för like 50 000 Dollar and when you come home you also need to pay the diesel taxes depending on how big your engine is, can go from 1 000 Dollar/year and raise so you can drive the car leagel som the street.

Now there's many things going on here in Sweden, they want to raise the taxes on SUVs and other big cars that drink allot of gas and pullot. Yeserday they raised the price on gas once again.

Your insurance will also get alot more expenciv if you drive a big expencive car with alot of hp's.

PS: Diesel cars are lot more expencive to buy.

Pitty... Diesels sure are a lot of fun to drive and get great mileages too. Torque is just an awesome thing!

It surprises me to hear that Sweeden has such high gas prices (what is the actual price of a liter of gas and diesel?) and taxes on cars. Anyway, I'm used to taxes since I lived in Argentina most of my life and VAT tax is arround 21% on cars...

As they say: TAXES SUCK!

I'm really feeling this new A6. If it's more reliable than iot's predecessor, I may upgrade in the near future.

At least you got a Scirocco. My first car was a hand me down 1977 VW Rabbit 4 door automatic that was Panama Braun in color aka orange!

At least now I get to enjoy my A6 4.2.

Livermore Audi had a Canyon Red 4.2 on their lot. It was soooo beautiful! Almost a reddish orange color, even nicer than the dark blue they had at my local dealer.
