those are the 1157 bulb for the coner that are sliver but still light up amber

They are best known as PY21W, but also known as 7507. They are a single-filament round-base bulb that only light up with the blinker.
The 1157 is a bit different.

they do... for the running lights but I believe the single filament will get rid of them which is what i want....

Double-filament in the US-spec cars/housings (3357/3457) and single-filament in the Euro-spec ones (PY21W/7507).
