I'll be up there. Not sure who I'm going with/staying with/hanging with. But I'll be there.
Likely doing some driving/organizing for ACP, probably taking photos and likely chilling at the subaru party after the event.
Lets just hope for SNOW!!

snow? wow... seems like just yesterday it was summer. i think one of my family friends is driving in that race, not 100% sure tho

Alon and I are wanting to go... accomdations is the only thing I haven't figured out. Ryan - was your friend able to recommend a good place to stay out of that list?

I've spoken with her, just asked for the list back. She highlighted places that are worth looking into. All the stuff outside Bancroft can be anywhere between a 15 min to 1 hour drive away, so have to watch out on that part.
Best Western - Basic hotel, expected for a Best Western
Grail Springs Spa at the Brides Gate Inn - Very nice, can be expensive but they put packages together and rates for the event sometimes.
Joseph's Resorts and Meeting Centre - Advertise a lot, heard decent things but has no first hand experience.
Shamrock Hill B&B - If its the white place with wood beams its nice, and right in town.
PerRob's Lakeside B&B - Normal B&B 15 min south of town
Teddy Bear B&B - Just outside town, reasonable place. She had friends that stayed there and said it was nice.

Call me. I have a B&B that I _THINK_ might be booked under my name. Certainly I'm supposed to have first dibs on it.
We're not going to it this year as there are too many of us, but I could try and slide my reservation over to you guys.

Ah, you did send me the link (forgot about it). Sent them an email to see if they have anything open.
Who here is wanting to see the Tall Pines? I'm asking around now as I believe I need to make reservations now, if not I should have done this weeks ago.....

Okay, so I got a place to stay at Tall Pines with for sure two other guys while the other gets the okay from the boss. If somebody else wants to go but needs a place to stay, give these guys a call, this was Dave's recommendation but I managed to find something else as they didn't get back to me early enough:
