autox classing

im curious as to what class i run in now for autox.

I have a b6 audi a4 avant 1.8t.

apr1+
thermal race exhaust
test pipe
intercooler
injectors
h+r race springs
intake
RS4 rear sway bar
S4 Brakes
running street tires kdw2's

i was thinking stx but i have been running in dsp.

Based on your mods, you should run Street Mod or STX. Since you're on street tires, STX would be good. The addition of the S4 brakes automatically pulled you out of street prepared. Street prepared only allows brake changes for pads, lines, and rotors.

If you want to run STX, you have to be on street tires (which you are) with a tread wear rating greater than 140. In addition, STX limits your tire size to 245 wide tires.

yes, any turbo upgrade will put you in SM.

SM for sure which is exactly why I have left my A4 stock to remain competitive in GS. [race]

Here's your breakdown:

Quattro = STX/U. Not STS anymore

apr1+ = ok for SP, SM, P. Not ok for Stock or STS/X
thermal race exhaust = ok for any class including stock if after stock cat
test pipe = err, scratch the top. SM only.
intercooler = ok for SP, SM. Not for Stock or STS/X
injectors = ok for SP, SM. Not for Stock, STX/U
h+r race springs = ok for STX/U, SP, SM
intake = ok for STX/U, SP, SM
RS4 rear sway bar = ok for STX/U, SP, SM
S4 Brakes = SM only
running street tires kdw2's = Any class, but you'll be really slow with these [:D]
