Question?!?

I know this might be a stupid question. I promise I'm not going to ask for free mod!![:p] I have done a search and came up with nothing. My question is How do you acquire rings? I realize it is probably by how many posts or how often you answer topics but does anybody know how many to step up? Does anyone know the breakdown between One Ring, Two Rings and so on?

What I did to figure it out was to look at several people in each level and figure out a normal numbered cutoff for each level. I can't remember what these levels were, but the biggest gap is between 3 and 4. I think 2 is around 20 to 30 posts, 3 is 100 to 150, and 4 is around 500. If a mod or someone else doesn't answer this then just cruise through some profiles and you can figure it out.

And to officially answer your question.

One Ring: 0-24
Two Rings: 25-99
Three Rings: 100-499
Four Rings: 500+

Although this may be changing in the not so distant future.

i dissagree i think they should spread it out more, not just for 4 rings. i got to 3 rings in no time once i began posting on the site and i wasn't being a post whore either. They should change the criterea ex:

newbie= 0-99
one ring =100-300
two rings= 301-500
three rings= 501-799
four rings= 800
