What slotted rotors are the best with S4 calipers?

A B6er here. Just bought 2001 S4 Calipers and need to get rotors, Steel Braided Lines, pads, fluid. Can anyone direct me into the best setup/manufacturers for these calipers?

I've got ECS slotted rotors on my 1.8T calipers right now...seems like ECS is a good choice for me, but does one rotor make more noise than the other when comparing Zimmerman and ECS?
