i thought they were but i was talking to a opp officer today and he acculty knew what i was talking about and said that as long as they are properly allinged and weren't too high and the turn signal was amber or yellow that it was perfectly fine. i just thought id share that with anyone like me who was worried about them not being legal

That's surprising, thought in the traffic act you had to have orange reflectors on the front corner of your ride.

i dont think so because for example look at the jetta i dont believe it has oragne lenses just the bulb also the is300 i dont think has orange lenses....i could be wrong but i dont think they do and looka t the millions of civics with clear corners and there has never been a problem with that only if the bulb is anything but orange

well if u look at the jetta it still has an amber reflector below the lights in front of the wheel but the officer said it didn't matter about that, only that the bulbe is yellow or orange

Right, the lights are not actually illegal, as long as it has an accompaning orange reflector. That's my take on it.
