For the last 2 days on the diplay in the instrument cluster I have this yellow circle poping up with two brackets around it after a few minutes of driving , folowed by a short beep.My car is a 2001 A4 1.8T. Can you please look in your manuals and tell me what it means.

it loosk like (0) but yellow, i think it oil or something
Me thinks it's brakes.... I'll go check my manual

More specifically its likely your front pads have worn down to the point that they've tripped the wear sensors.

If you don't have a owners manual. Just call Audi Canada and they'll send you one. That's what I did.
