I had a 88 Saleen with a supercharged 351W and it would have walked my stage 1 s4.
Stage 3 s4 would have put my Saleen to shame however.

5.0 is not that fast, it has good torgque, 2.7t is way fatser, stock 5.0 is like 200whp if im not mistaken....

yea the stock 5.0's are slow but they take mods very easily alot better than s4's but yea i kno ive raced 5.0s in my v6 mustang and raped em lol

I miss my 5.0 -- it was a great high school / first car. huge aftermarket support too. Fun car to wrench on.. unlike the S4, which while fun, still can induce nightmares.

Awesome video. I love how Ice says he's redlining his 5.0, which shows he doesn't know dick about 5.0's. Redlining a 5.0 is a waste of time since they stop making power about 1k rpms before that. Gotta love the bright colors of the early nineties though.

it's just SS-Autochrome. the $250 is probably his estimate of the cat-back portion, as you get cat back and downpipes for about $450/500
