B8 performance flash...

Hey guys, I just convinced one of my friends to buy a B8 a4 2.0T FSI. He loves it almost as much as my car(b7 S4). I was telling him about reflashing the ECU and how effective it can be for turbo'ed cars, especially with FSI. So my question is do the big players (GAIC, REVO, APR) have these flashes avalible for the B8's yet? Any input would be appreciated.

Well, since B8 A4's aren't coming out in the U.S. until fall of next year I'm going to have to ask: Uhh, what?
The B8 2.0t's are supposedly going to have increased horsepower from the original 200hp/207/tq to about 220hp and 221 tq.
Flashes of the current B7 2.0t's have shown increases of up to 40-60bhp. So I'm guessing he would get about the same when the new B8 2.0t's come out.

OH im sorry I thought they were already out. He pickd up his car yesterday and claimed it was a B8. Have't seen it yet though. Ok my questions answered and i feel stupid lol. Thanks.

He bought a B7 then. But at least the good news is the flashes are all available
