Ok guys i thought it was time to post up my project!
i bought this car about 3 weeks ago as a few of our melbourne club members have bought these cars as we are going to race them against the BMW E30 3 series cars.
our goal is to make 300hp out of this N/A car.
there are 3 cars so far including mine and we are all working on them together as we only have 3 months to get the ready!
so the only time we have for the car is every saturday!
Day 1

dash out and taken the heater out.. now just have to sort through the wiring to see what we need and dont need.

all the black stuff in the spare wheel well is the sound deadening that we have to take out of the car with a heat gun..

so next week i will have stripped the whole car and taken the engine out for the transformation! going to re spray the inside of the car black to neaten it up a bit.
also during the week we should have a guy coming through to fabricate a roll cage! this will be connecting to rear strut towers so that will stiffen the car up a lot!
