I'm thinking about getting a quattro and was wondering if there are anythings in particular I should look for/look out for.

I am also concidering a quattro with a the drivetrain out of a 200 and wondering the same thing there.

Also were there ever any quattro coupes that had a factory 2.2L 20v turbo engine in them from the factory. I've seen one badged that way, but haven't found any information on that car.

The Coupe Quattros which made it to the U.S. only came with the non-turbo engine (2.3L iirc). The OEM turbo coupes are known as the S2 or RS2 Avant. Many have taken their US-spec coupe and replaced the engine with the S2/RS2 (Porsche-tuned) 20v turbo. Go to www.20v.org for more info.

look out for finding a wiring diagram for the coupe. unless you have connections through a dealer, they can be difficult to find. the drivetrain out of the 200TQ is nearly identical to one found in an S2. it'll be your best bet to go with one rather than importing a euro-spec 3B. this might help you out as well: http://members.aol.com/c1j1miller/partlist.html

The 200TQ engine is "the" engine conversion for early Audi coupes! Look to 2bennet for good examples!
