I sell them $2750 shipped from Germany for the fronts, $2,500 shipped from Germany for the rears.
Includes calipers, rotors, splash shields, lines, and pads in the front. Calipers, carriers, pads, lines, splash shields and rotors in the rear.

Is there any additional items that must be used or change?

Wheels...I can pretty much guarantee unless you run OEM Audi RS4 wheels, you will be paying about $5000 for a set of wheels to be made with an offset of -29.
My STaSIS/Alcons (370mm) required $7,000 worth of custome wheels/tires.

Greg -
Two questions for you:
1) How much for replacement rotors (front/rear)?
2) Do you have a good source for OEM RS4 Titanium package wheels?
I can get the wheels for $445/ea + tax from dealer, but I have seen them as low as $405/ea.
Thanks!

Is that a typo on the rears, only 250 less? Aren't they a single piston?

Not a typo, this is what Audi charges

I do not sell the wheels or replacement rotors. Your best bet is to buy at your local dealer

I would agree; RS4 brakes require RS4 wheels (or a wheel that'd fit an RS4).
Now on the 2nd part, we have Hartmann RS4 DTM reps in 19" for our Avant with the STaSIS 14.5" fronts and they clear without issue.
Bump for Greg/DTH---phenomenal to deal with!!!

I have a set of RS4 B7 Calipers, I have test fitted them under my RS4 B7 VM REP Rims but I have not tried them yet.. I do not think I am going to use them though, they are way too heavy and too much so for me..
