08 BT cambatibility with verizon phones

I have the VX 9900, also known as the Env, does this have full combatibility with the BT in an 08 S4? Like phone book transfer, say whose calling...etc, i know in the Lexus system with verizon phones you cannot thransfer the phonebook, is this the same in the 08 S4?
