ipod adapters???

for my 05 B6 S4 with the factory Bose symphiny with built in 6 disk changer.....purchasing an 80G ipod next week....which cables are my best choices?

also....do any of them display song info on the OEM radio display? And which do NOT lock out the ipod controls while connected??

No song info on any Audi head unit (except the real MMI in the A6/A8/Q7).
