well, i was just wonderin how they work. I bought my car in Boston and therefor it has a boston CD, i now live in Oklahoma city and it does not work at all, it says out of range.
I called the dealer and they do not have them for sale, They told to contact navtech and they want $240 for the whole 50 states.
I only need oklahoma for the moment, do you know where they sell them seperatly? or for cheaper.
thanks

i dont know much on the topic but why not burn em ? someone with a dvd burner should be able to burn it back into the original format so why not chip in $240 and a few guys burn em all ?

(im in no way say to go ahead and do this just asking why it hasnt been thought of ;-) )

event better would be to have a group buy for the whole set.

one person out of each region..

$240 / 12 cds = $20 per cd...i wouldnt mind paying $20 for an origional cd for my region i live in..
