bt sound quality is not very good, help

every person i call says that sound quality ehat they hear through phone sounds like a "really bad speaker phone". is there anything i can do with my vag-com to try and tinker with it.

Yes there is. You can adjust the gain of the mikrophone with the VAG-COM. The bluetooth module is accessed via the can-bus you you need to have the latest and greatest versiopn of the VAG-COM.
