did you honestly just ask that? I'm not even going to justify this with a response. lol
I'll just let the next 50 posts of answers below me answer this one. I think you'll quickly find out which one is the favorite around here. [:p]

With the two choices you presented, is it safe to say that you want form over function? as neither one of them are light weight wheels (>27lbs each). In such case, you need to think about which style of wheels do you prefer as they are of two very different style wheels (Mesh vs. Spokes). I too consider both and ended up going with a set of Enkei Bortex RPM2 (19lbs each) as I am a mesh wheel fan.
So, my vote goes to the LM Reps.

LM reps are 19lbs a piece.. rs4's are 26/wheel[up]

LM Reps at 19lbs each? Mind sharing who your source is for these wheels?
If that's the case, LM Reps for sure, it is not even a contest.

LM Reps? 19lbs??? When they say 19lbs a piece on reps, I think they mean 19lb barrels and 19lb centers.. lol Just very unlikely to find such lightweight replicas.. unless they are made out of tin foil [:D].. lol
LM, no questions!!!
Where do you get 19lbs replicas though...

reputable seller from what i hear (from all the homies in arizona)
we shall see if these fockerss are 19 lbs.. if they are then im betting the first speed bump over 5mph is a bent wheel.. oh well

FWIW, the 19" LM reps are supposedly 35lbs, so i highly doubt the 18s are 19lbs. He probably used the real LMs weight.

19" LMs (reps) weigh 32lbs.
I'd go with 18's, less weight and better performance. Plus you are gonna have a pain putting on 19's. LM Reps already need spacers for s4 brakes. So with the spacers and 19's you gonna need to roll those fenders.
but yeah I'd go with LM reps.

I agree, the LM Rep is the better choice for the B5. To me, the LM style is more appropriate on the B5. The RS4 reps look great on B6s or B7s, but are too modern looking on the B5. The B5 looks best with a more classic look. BTW, I also love the B5 RS4 reps you had on the car.

Real BBS LM wheels are heavy for something designed to be sporting. It is also odd that they have such issues with big brake calipers. The reality is that they are more show than go. The reps are even more so. Of course the same goes for the B7 RS4 reps but I contend that the LM reps have more poser value than nearly any other offering. Of the wheels above the RS4 rep is more attractive, fresher, and less played out. The LM, even the real ones, are just too plain looking in real life. A friend had them on a 997 Turbo and ditched them for wheels that cost less for a set than a single rear LM. The cheaper ones got a lot of compliments from all sorts of random people whereas the LMs only got them from car geeks that knew what they cost. Seems odd on so many levels.
These are the weights of real BBS LM wheels. Actual sporting wheels like the Volk LE37 or SSR Comps are significantly lighter. Again, it seems odd that the LM is supposed to be a sporting wheel. I've never seen the appeal that surrounds such plain looking wheels.
BBS LM Forged/Spun 17x9 21.4
BBS LM Forged/Spun 18x8 21.6
BBS LM Forged/Spun 18x8.5 22.4
BBS LM Forged/Spun 18x9.5 23.8
BBS LM Forged/Spun 18x10 25.8
BBS LM Forged/Spun 18x11 26.9
BBS LM Forged/Spun 18x13 29.4
BBS LM Forged/Spun 19x8.5 25.0
BBS LM Forged/Spun 19x10 27.5

had 2 H&R 5mm spacers sitting around. had to use them in the front for caliper clearance. good fit except for the fact that i need them in the rear. looking at the car u can tell the fronts poke more than rear.
