My girlfriend and I are taking a mini vacation in Austin. What should we do?

Eat dinner at the Oasis or some other resteaurant on Lake Travis.
Have a great time on 6th Street..stay at the Driskell (bit pricey, but you'll get lucky)
Z Tejas is also a great place for dinner....
Take a drive out 2222

you can check out barton springs, go out on the boat on town lake i belive it is.. go eat sushi at Uchis.. check out 6th street and congress shopping.. depends on what you wanna do and how much you wanna spend

stay at the driskell if you like haunted hotels, muahahahahahahah! cool thing bout that hotel is its smack dab next to 6th st. so you can just walk downstairs and wander from bar to bar.
