On Monday, I should be purchasing a 00' VW Golf GTI GLX.

It's got the fixens' I'll tell you what. 51xxxK And not a tick of wear in the whole thing. Checked it with Audi/VW dealer, they said it's golden.

Ahhh snaps Anthony.....it says GTI on the back....maybe just a badge threw on. All that I do know for sure is that VW has got just about everyone confused on what models are which and what goes where with what bading. Hahaha....but yeah, im stoaked on it. I just need to make sure my insurance is going to fly and im set.

As far as my first mod goes, it will definantly be a CD player. Haha, unfortunantly my Eclipse deck has to go with the Audi....i'll just get another im sure. I loved that deck...

No, it is a GTI GLX, meaning it is VR6 with all the trimmings. There were no addtional options for the GLX models in 2000. Well maybe a CD changer. Doesn't your 24V have a GTI badge? Look at your dealer sticker, and should be listed as VR6 GTI GLX.

My '00 GTI was a 1.8t GTI GLS, which had all the trimmings of a VR6, except Monsoon Radio, ClimateControl, wood interior, and 16" Montreal wheels. GLS and GLX share , leather interior and a moon roof. All GTIs had power windows, smoked rear blinkers, and front fogs.
