Just spoke to Danny yesterday. I have a 25th anniversary S4 and would definitely be in for this groupbuy. However, Danny said he would need another 25th S4 that is local to come in so he can get the correct specs to guarantee fitment. I am located on the east coast. Danny said he would give a killer price to me and on any 25th S4 that would come into his shop and be fitted for an exhaust.

Don't think this includes the install. I think he only charges $100 for the install. Very nice compared to a shop here in Norcal that charges $300-$400 to install a Milltek!

Noobie question here. Is there any 'proven' performance gain figures for this exhaust? It sure does sound great, but wondering how much performance just the exhaust provide? I'm guessing an ECU update along with a CAI is required to notice performance gains?

Aliusa, from what I have read you should notice some noticeable gains with the exhaust only. I'm not sure anybody could really quantify the gains of just the exhaust without any other parts. If you are contemplating jumping on the group buy, I suggest you direct this question to Danny at Fast Intentions directly. I spoke with him on Monday after work (he is on west coast). He can answer your question and he's friendly! If I had to guess I'd say a 10hp gain to the wheels, maybe closer to 15 with the ECU as well. As far as the intake goes, you will find mixed opinions on this forum. Personally, I just dropped a $50 K&N filter in mine (at the same time I did APR flash program). I see you are in NoVa so I will plug NGP Racing down in Woodbridge I believe. Cost me $550 for both....so as you can see I'm looking now to do an the fullback set up to reach max power gains with the V8 with the exception of an MTM Supercharger...not to mention the fact Rich (OSIKS4) has been negotiating a pretty sweet deal with Danny. Hope this helps...and if anything go for the exhaust at least for now and then if you want more power add the DPs. Good luck.
